Historically, the Roman name “Aventine” represented independent thinking and the chance to choose a more genuine path rather than the “official” one. It therefore became a symbol of authenticity, integrity, lasting values, and solid foundations. Those same ideals underpin everything we do.

Luc Salmon combines market knowledge with a genuine understanding of the challenges organisations face when hiring and retaining great talent.
His experience has been developed during a career spanning 22 years at a global recruitment business.
For the last 5 years he has worked for a Global Executive Search Business where he has supported Boards as they hire HR Leaders across roles such as Head of HR, HR Director, Head of Talent, Chief People Officer or Chief HR Officer.
Luc also has extensive experience recruiting senior leaders into a range of Corporate Head office roles such Legal Counsel, Sales Director and Commercial Director.
Over 2 Decades Luc has successfully recruited and mapped leadership level roles for International Corporates, FTSE 250s, scaling SMEs and ambitious Start-Ups.
