Commitment to our Candidates, Clients and Communities
To our Candidates
We’re here to represent you personally, transparently, and relentlessly.
We believe leadership candidates deserve more than long periods of silence after an application.
We’ll champion you; refining your story, preparing you for interviews, and opening doors through our trusted network. If we can’t, we will support you and, using feedback and coaching, improve your prospects.
Whether it’s finding your next role or mapping the market for future moves, we are invested in your career for the long term, even if that means using our network to point you in the right direction.
You’re not one of hundreds on a database! We intend to work alongside you to uncover opportunities, shape your narrative, and get you in front of the right businesses, often before roles come to market.
To our Clients
Our mission is to deliver leadership recruitment done right! Through genuine partnership; personal, precise and enduring.
We will work as an extension of your business by leveraging long standing trusted networks, deep industry insights and relentless commitment.
Our aim is to connect exceptional leaders with organisations where they can thrive and contribute into the long term!
To do that, we commit to finding, connecting, and securing leadership talent that truly aligns with your culture and ambitions.
No mass databases, no transactional processes, but instead; genuine collaboration, deep networks, and a determination to find the leaders who will make a lasting impact in your business
To Support Diversity
In addition to ensuring that Diversity is a core pillar to any hiring process we also focus on social mobility as one of the most effective ways to deliver meaningful and sustainable diversity outcomes.
We believe strongly in the power of social mobility and in creating opportunities for talented individuals who may not otherwise have access to them.
Improving social mobility widens access to opportunity and strengthens diversity outcomes by addressing barriers at their source. This creates immediate impact while building a more representative leadership pipeline for the future.
By focusing on inclusive talent pipelines, skills-based assessment, and fair access to leadership roles, employers can attract high-potential candidates from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
As a business that speaks to leaders daily, we want to use this platform to help broaden pathways into meaningful careers. As part of this commitment, we actively partner with 2 charities that deliver interview training, CV writing, and employability skills to young people in schools where access to resources and career opportunities is limited.
By supporting early intervention and skills development, we help create fairer access to future employment, strengthen long-term talent pipelines, and contribute to more representative leadership outcomes aligned with ESG objectives.
Each year, Baker Aventine and its partners commit to delivering over 50 hours of CV coaching and interview preparation to these students in 2026, making social mobility not just a value, but a defining pillar of our business.
To the Communities we work within
As a new business and partner to all our clients and candidates , we want our success to create value beyond the hires we make.
For every search assignment we complete, we commit 5% of our fee to a charitable organisation that is meaningful to both the client and the candidate, with a focus on causes that are local to the communities we serve or closely aligned to our clients’ priorities.
We hope this approach ensures that each appointment delivers an immediate, tangible benefit beyond the organisation itself.
As our work grows, so too will the positive impact, allowing more resources to be directed toward charities doing vital work and enabling our success to contribute, quietly and consistently, to the wider communities connected to our clients, candidates and partners.
